Robert Andler-Lipski STATEMENT Robert Andler-Lipski is a committed artist of a humanistic frame of mind and exceptionally individualistic sensitivity. Nature, elusive emotions and impressions, thoughts and the extraordinary beauty of the human body are the main inspirations for his creativity. He is mainly influenced by the Impressionists and post-Impressionists and also has a general understanding of the Fauvists, Abstract Expressionists and Colorists. Robert’s ambition is to discover and to create his very own individual and poetic frame of artistic expression. BIO Robert Andler-Lipski is a visual artist living and working in South Shields, in the North East of England. He specializes in mixed media, collage, painting and tapestry weaving.He studied Methodology of Arts Teaching and Philosophy. He also completed courses in Artistic Tapestry Weaving and Artistic Mosaic Design. Robert recently exhibited artworks in a group art show “Art In Mind/Infatuation” at The Brick Lane Gallery (London, UK) and in a solo exhibition, “Complicated Simplicity”, at Bede’s World Museum (Jarrow, England, UK). His mixed media artworks are in private and institutional collections worldwide, and others are in permanent exposition at Bede’s World Museum and at South Tyneside Council (UK).
