I enjoy the idea of recycling media, playing with images in a fast and immediate manner, taking materials that were used to create advertising and making them into something more beautiful and pleasant for us to view. Collage is a way out and a way in.<\/p>\n<p><strong>BIO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Matt Taggart lives in Billings, Montana. He splits his time up between experimental noise music, mail art and collage.
