STATEMENT<\/strong><\/p>\n

I look for coincidences between different languages. I approach different worlds to create\u00a0a new one.<\/p>\n

I use old magazines, old books, my drawings, scissors and brushes.<\/p>\n

BIO<\/strong><\/p>\n

Massimo Nota (Notamax) is an artist\/illustrator who lives and works in Rome. After graduating as an illustrator from the Istituto Europeo di Design (IED) in Rome, Notamax began\u00a0a collaboration with several\u00a0Italian newspapers, including\u00a0La Repubblica<\/em>, Smemoranda<\/em>, Nessuno Tocchi Caino,<\/em> and Avvenimenti<\/em>. His extensive production includes artwork, either on canvas, brown paper, cardboard, iron plates or wood, that (re)present an amazing arrangement of drawings, collages, acrylic paint, watercolour and paper sheets. He uses both traditional graphical (watercolour, acrylic, India\u00a0ink) and digital techniques.<\/p>\n
