STATEMENT<\/strong><\/p>\n

In my artistic practice, I work beyond disciplinary boundaries in the fields of design, space and theory. In analogue and digital media, I experiment with fragments of visual culture. From photography, film, light, sounds and text, collages and spatial installations develop into new systems of order. By applying associative, fragmentary contextual strategies, spatial conditions are included. This creates complex structures of references and references to everyday culture and to socially relevant topics.<\/p>\n

BIO<\/strong><\/p>\n

Kornelia Hoffmann is a visual artist from Bremen, Germany, whose work in the field of design is interdisciplinary. She studied and worked for several years in the fashion industry and graphic design. Before entering the field of visual art, she did additional coursework to qualify. Since then, her work has been exhibited and collected nationally and internationally.<\/p>\n
