STATEMENT<\/strong><\/p>\n

St Francis Elevator Ride creates personal and freelance projects, as well as collaborative work in the areas of fine art, design and commercial communication. The creation of the artist\u2019s work often oscillates between digital and analog methods, expressed through myriad mediums, including collage, print and web media. The body of his work is highly informed by simple and minimal design aesthetics, timeless vintage imagery and twentieth century romantic ideals<\/p>\n

BIO<\/strong><\/p>\n

St Francis Elevator Ride is a Memphis, Tennessee-based designer\/artist\/illustrator. He is the co-creator and co-curator of the popular visual art & design blog\u00a0The Electric Beef<\/em>. He freelances design and art direction to Memphis based record labels, Trashy Creatures Records & Ardent Records, and has had work in publications such as WIRED<\/em> magazine, and design blog\u00a0Abduzeedo RAWZ<\/em>. Currently he is working on publishing his first book with The Electric Beef as well as exhibiting with local artists in the Memphis and Nashville areas.<\/p>\n
