STATEMENT<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Humor and surrealism have an important part in my work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is inspired by books and magazines from the 50’s, 60’s, and 70’s and has a strong nostalgic atmosphere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I like to create a whole new imaginary world by just putting 2 or 3 different images together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Making art is a very important and necessary part of my life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

BIO<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rudi Snauwaert lives and works in the small village Dentergem, Belgium. He started as a comic artist and published different books and was featured in several magazines under the name “Willi Bibiani”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At one point he got bored of comics and discovered the unbelievable world of collage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He has never stopped collaging since.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
