Part Eye Candy. Part History Lesson. Part Hide & Seek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Every significant car has a story and, with each new project, Artist Heidi Mraz is committed to find, document and share these stories in a compelling way by using art as her vehicle before the memories are lost and forgotten. Her engaging artwork is driven by research and fueled by narrative to celebrate and preserve automotive history on canvas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

BIO<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Represented in both corporate and private collections, Heidi Mraz\u2019s artwork is collected and exhibited internationally. Her clients include some of the world\u2019s foremost automotive collectors, brands and museums. In 2019, she unveiled Beneath the Surface: Bugatti of Lake Maggiore<\/em>, an automotive assemblage inspired by the Mullin Automotive Museum\u2019s famed \u201cLady of the Lake\u201d that spent 75 years submerged under water. Heidi has been the official poster artist for Pinehurst Concours d\u2019Elegance and Art in Motion Concours in New York and has also been commissioned to paint the winning cars of the Amelia Island and Pebble Beach Concours d\u2019Elegance. She is a consulting curator for The White Collection in San Francisco and has judged in major concours on the East Coast of the USA. Currently in
production, a feature-length documentary entitled AUTOmotive ARTifacts<\/em> chronicles the behind-the-scenes of Heidi\u2019s historically-based automotive assemblages. With a full portfolio and extensive lists of projects on the horizon, Heidi Mraz Fine Art launched Studio 717 in 2019 in the artist\u2019s hometown of Great Falls, Virginia. Studio 717 is both a place of work and a viewing gallery for the artist, available for visitors by appointment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
