“Seules quelques fragments de nous\u00a0toucheront quelques fragments d\u2019autrui” (or\u00a0Only parts of us will ever touch parts of others) is a group show curated by Timoth\u00e9e Chaillou.<\/p>\n

Artists included are: John M Armleder, Jesse Ash, Walead Beshty, Pierre Bismuth, Barbara Breitenfellner, Tom Burr, Anne Collier, Sam Durant, Marcel Dzama, Haris Epaminonda, Angus Fairhurst, Urs Fischer, Brendan Fowler, Luke Fowler, Noa Giniger, Wade Guyton, Robert Heinecken, Camille Henrot, Nathan Hylden, Annette Kelm, Gabriel Kuri, Elad Lassry, Claude L\u00e9v\u00eaque, Linder, Mathieu Mercier, Jonathan Monk, Sarah Morris, Richard Prince, Collier Schorr, John Stezaker, Catherine Sullivan, Kelley Walker, Gary Webb, Lawrence Weiner, \u00a0TJ WIlcox, and Cerith Wyn Evans.<\/p>\n

Covering twenty years of artistic practice, from the nineties until today, the works featured in the exhibition are all related to collage, montage and fragmentation. The display is itself conceived as a collage in space by the juxtaposition of several mediums (works on paper, wall paintings, sculptures and videos), the superimposition of works (placed on wall paintings\/wallpapers) and the presence of works composed of mirrors, fragmenting the exhibition and the public.<\/p>\n

This project follows on from shows such as “Infinite Fold” (2010), dedicated to artists who transform the paper\u2019s surface by folding it, and “Landscope” (2008), which revolved around the notion of landscape in contemporary drawing.<\/p>\n
