Garner Narrative Contemporary Fine Art is proud to present a solo exhibition of mixed-media collage work by Kentucky-based artist Shawn Marshall. In her upcoming show, entitled “stills”, Marshall employs collage to explore space, juxtaposition, and critical reflection. Using found and discarded paper and magazines, she crafts dynamic compositions inviting viewers to reconsider familiar narratives and explore broader themes such as: consumerism, identity, and spirituality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Through this evolving body of work, she investigates the intersections of memory, material culture, contemporary life, and spirituality. Her spatial collages invite viewers to navigate layered environments that challenge perceptions of place, time, and connection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
