Rooted in personal experience as a mother, daughter, and artist, the artist&#8217;s work draws from tactile, familiar materials\u2014doilies, silverware, vintage photographs\u2014and reimagines them as vessels of memory, labor, and care. These questions consider the intersection of tradition and self-determination, in a world that often pulls us in competing directions. Inspired by objects once central to domestic life but now often discarded, <em>Lineage <\/em>seeks to restore their significance in a contemporary context.
