Joyce Hill: “Urban Walls”<\/p>\n

Joyce Hill\u2019s collage is richly layered with materials including photographs, texts, acrylic paint, and found bits of urban decay. She creates a sense of energy tinged with an urban loneliness while she deftly manipulates both composition and subject matter.<\/p>\n

Joyce Hill is a mixed media collage artist from Buffalo, New York, USA. She is a featured artist in Masters: Collage<\/em> (Lark Books, 2010). “Urban Walls” is her first exhibition at Gallery 6 pdx.<\/p>\n
