All the collages were cut by hand.<br><br>Maria Filek is from Wadowice, Poland. She is a long-time art teacher and a graduate of the Institute of Art at the University of Silesia in Cieszyn. In her work, she uses graphic techniques, ceramics, and collage. She is attached to drawing, black lines, ink, and pen. For her creative work, she needs peace and quiet, long evenings, and atmospheric music in the background. For her collages, she uses materials she has made herself and clippings from colorful magazines. Peculiar details and color harmony are important.
