It is this shared experience as humans, shaped by different cultures, customs, places, and relationships that likens us all to collages. We encourage you to view the exhibition while holding that notion in your mind. Attempt to connect with these themes of identity, memory, and common emotions that run through this body of work as you experience the reciprocal exchange between maker and viewer. We would like to thank Chicago Billiard Cafe for allowing us to inhabit their wonderful space with this exhibition. We also truly appreciate all of the artists who entrusted us with their art so that it can be shared with the larger community. We are nothing without our people.”

(text adapted from material provided by the curators)

INFORMATION

Chicago Billiard Cafe
5935 West Irving Park Road
Chicago, Illinois 60634 USA
(773) 545-5102

Hours:
Sunday-Thursday, Noon-Midnight
Friday-Saturday, Noon-1AM

MAP | WEBSITE | INSTAGRAM

COLLAGE ON VIEW Community Through Collage II at the Chicago Billiard Cafe in Chicago, Illinois, USA21 March-19 April 2026 “Community Through Collage II” features artworks that evoke the vibrant connected world we all are striving to build and nurture in…

[11
http://kolajmagazine.com/content/content/collage-exhibitions/chicago-collage-magazine-vol-2-artists-exhibition/
Citronella Daydream by Dan Holmes24"x18"; digital collage; 2017.
