Through a series of mixed-media collages, the exhibition unfolds from images dominated by dark or monochromatic tones, gradually interrupted by bursts of color that break through the grey, disrupt silence, and open new spaces of possibility.

Dedicated to Pride and the many dimensions of the LGBTQIA+ experience, the exhibition intertwines historical memory, pop culture, and symbolic imagery. Figures connected to queer liberation movements, alongside cultural icons that have shaped the collective imagination — become generative presences of color: rainbows, natural elements, visual metamorphoses, and symbols of rebirth move through the works as expressions of emancipation and vitality.

Ciò che poteva essere by Stefano Carbone
16.5″x11.7″; analogic collage; 2025.
