She studied creative writing and cinema at Queensland University of Technology in Brisbane, Australia, and received a master\u2019s degree in the history of art and design from Pratt Institute in New York City. She has curated exhibitions of contemporary art, design and architecture in Montreal, New York and Miami. She is currently writing a book on the history of New York\u2019s East Village art scene of the 1980s.<\/p>\n
