A knight rides an old Bell &amp; Howell camera in her fantasia, <em>SOMIERS<\/em>, on the front cover. In <em>PRIMAVERA<\/em>, a boy swings from red licorice-coloured rope as he rides a collage of flowers with legs. Elizegi\u2019s collages are surreal, suggestive, and lovely. The image on the right is Elizegi&#8217;s ROSAMARI. The exhibition is a showcase of Vermont artists alongside those from Quebec and New Brunswick.<\/p>\n<p>In his first person account, \u201cPost-Dogmatic Collecting\u201d, <strong>Cecil Touchon<\/strong> recounts the naissance of the International Museum of Collage, Assemblage and Construction. He makes the point, \u201cPost Modernism is stupid.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Liz Cohn profiles &amp; interviews <strong>\u201cThe Amazing Eunice Parsons\u201d<\/strong>, a 98-year-old Portland collagist. Parsons has some advice for young collage artists.<\/p>\n<p>Claudia Eve Beauchesne discovers a new kind of collage at <strong>Frieze New York 2015<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>For this issue\u2019s Exhibition in Print, we teamed up with Curator Julia van der Meer to present selections from her exhibition, <strong>\u201cCol.<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">la<\/span>.ge II\u201d<\/strong>, at Mini Galerie in Amsterdam.<\/p>\n<p>When we peeked at the exhibition, \u201cMetamorphosis\u201d at McMurtrey Gallery in Houston, Texas, we found <strong>Jed Foronda<\/strong> does interesting things to paper.<\/p>\n<p>At Espace Robert Poulin in Montreal, Quebec, we visited <strong>\u201cMixed Grill\u201d<\/strong> and found out why this gallery is doing great things for collage.<\/p>\n<p>The Fridge in Washington, DC covered an entire wall with stickers proving this little-discussed street art is on the cusp of getting its due.
