Tineke Sips<\/h2>\n

Tineke Sips has been on a mission. For the last year, she has made a collage a day and posted it to her Facebook page. The collection of collages was exhibited in Amsterdam in November 2016. Her teacher, Bob Bunck, writes about Sips\u2019 work, “[She] is able to tear you into her dream world in a very gentle way. Her collages resemble fairy tales as well as the mind games of a modern artist. Some of her works seem to be Renaissance paintings, while other works are as free as a Francis Picabia or a Marcel Duchamp masterpiece.\u201d<\/p>\n

Tineke Sips studied at the National School of Painting (Cibap) in Zwolle, with concentrations in display design, interior design, and graphic design. She has owned a fabric store, worked as a window dresser, and ran a gallery in Assen. Her great passion is collage, which she makes in her studio, located in the dunes in Petten.
