Neff made the observation, \u201cThe Golden Age of Illustration is considered the 1880\u2019s to 1920\u2019s in Europe and the Golden Age of Collage is considered to be Dada and Surrealism Eras (1916-1950)&#8230;I wonder if art will ever have the importance it once did.\u201d I claimed the Golden Age of Collage has yet to come. Bealy disagreed, \u201cThe Golden Age of Collage has been and gone. That doesn\u2019t mean there isn\u2019t fantastic work being done now, but it will never again have the relevance that it did when it was a new form.
