STATEMENT<\/strong><\/p>\n

The multiplicity of interpretations inherent to the collage technique is my vehicle for investigating the indefiniteness of the contemporary culture. In the absence of absolute senses, the facts make sense by themselves. Navigating in the profusion of perspectives, ambiguous and contradictory at times, is only possible through the plurality of the possible interpretations.<\/p>\n

In my collages, I seek associations of fragments that are able to produce seemingly inaccessible relations. By knowing the fragments, I propose the perversion of their original signs by overlapping them, so I can later reveal the concealed logic within. I thus pursue exposing their surrounding issues, that are not particularly explored, by removing the object of its original environment.<\/p>\n

Luca Fischer is a visual artist who makes use of collages in order to investigate contemporary themes. He studies architecture and lives in Curitiba, Brazil.<\/p>\n
