STATEMENT<\/strong><\/p>\n

Through collage, I take\u00a0obvious pleasure in\u00a0expressing my various worldviews using\u00a0a surreal prism to play\u00a0with close-ups, which\u00a0I particularly like. My visions sometimes lead me to present portraits, but also\u00a0stories–funny, outlandish, funny, absurd, and poetic–that show humanity in its diversity and complexity.<\/p>\n

BIO<\/strong><\/p>\n

Born in 1962 in B\u00fchl-Baden, West Germany, my life path\u00a0led me to becoming a freelance graphic designer, to\u00a0co-creating\u00a0Petits Papiers, <\/em>to teach myself\u00a0the art of photography, and establish\u00a0the Aquarium Comic Book workshop in Toulouse. I have been living and working in Paris\u00a0since August 2015.<\/p>\n

Bubbles, comics, Petits Papiers<\/em>, photography: these concepts are associated with manual labour and there is a link between them: collage! In 2015, I was part of exhibitions in Pins-Justeret and Toulouse (“Almanac” and “Ombres Blanches”)<\/p>\n
