Cut+Paste PHX Celebrates One Year

christian-3-web

The collage group Cut+Paste PHX celebrates its first anniversary this fall. Started as a few friends meeting and making collage together in downtown Phoenix, Arizona, it has now grown into a free, monthly collage event that is open to the public. The group partners with small businesses and creative groups in arts districts, galleries, studios, libraries and museums to hold their events. Average attendance is about 100 people per month. Bring your own scissors and good vibes; the Cut+Paste folks provide everything else. And give yourself about an hour to get comfortable. The next event is with Phoenix Design Week during their opening night on 21 October. Visit “Cut Paste PHX” on Facebook to learn more about the group and check out cut.paste.phx on Instagram to see work made during the events.
