Decomposition: Dusk Effect

at The McConnell Arts Center, Worthington, Ohio, USA
8 May-2 July 2025

“Decomposition: Dusk Effect” traces collage artist Emily Morgan’s evolution from light, airy compositions to darker, more introspective works. Through precision craftwork and deeply layered elements, her collages blend surreal imagery with narrative depth. This exhibition reflects the cyclical patterns found in nature—life and death, day and night, light and shadow, growth and decay—embodying the duality of the artist’s brand, Lovely But Dead.
