14 August-16 September 2026
“Visual Poetry and Color” is a traveling exhibition of collage artists and visual poets from around the world, presented by the International Museum of Collage, Assemblage and Construction. This fourth iteration brings together approximately 180 works, including new contributions by artists from the United States and around the world.

The exhibition began in 2023 with 44 works gathered for a show in upstate New York through the international network of Willie Marlow, who curated the exhibition. Marlow donated the works to the Ontological Museum Archives with the proviso that another exhibition would be held. Cecil Touchon subsequently developed the project into a traveling exhibition, inviting artists to contribute additional works at each iteration and expanding the project into a global survey of collage and visual poetry. Previous iterations were presented in Troy, New York; Dallas, Texas; and Los Angeles, California.
