Courtesy of the artist.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Set in the picturesque town of Viborg, the oldest town in Denmark, the LESS Festival sees to elevate the history, present and future of contemporary collage and the artistic community. The works presented at the Old Town Hall include an exhibition of archive work by British-American artist Penny Slinger; LESS Founder Sergei Sviatchenko\u2019s new &#8220;Gentle Double Melody of Nature&#8221; series, a homage to Danish landscape painter P.C. Skovgaard; and a group exhibition of the twelve artists. Throughout Viborg are fa\u00e7ade installations by Nico Krijno (South Africa), Lucia Pizanni (Venezuela\/United Kingdom), K Young (China\/United Kingdom), Anna Bu Kliewer (Germany\/United Kingdom; James Springall (United Kingdom), DR. The festival was conceived by Danish-Ukrainian artist Sergei Sviatchenko, who has worked in Viborg since 1990.
