Courtesy of the artist.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>COLLAGE ON VIEW<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mark Watkins: Jetlag<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">at Brewhouse Arts Centre in Burton Upon Trent, Staffordshire, United Kingdom<br>11 March-1 June 2024<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Time is constant, well-spent, wasted, lost, gained and unforgiving.<br>Time slows down, speeds up, drags, slips by, and waits for no one.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The central theme of &#8220;Jetlag&#8221; explores singular moments in time, time passing, the experience of discovery as we travel through time and the idea that time itself connects us all. Courtesy of the artist.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.studiosixtyfour.co.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Mark Watkins<\/a> began making collage in 2012 and now has an established practice which has seen his work exhibited throughout the United Kingdom. His work has also been selected for collage exhibitions in Italy, Finland and Colombia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>His analog collage reflects upon and makes observations about the transient, fragile and sometimes absurd nature of human existence.
