Maison Kasini, the publisher of Kolaj Magazine<\/em>, is pleased to announce that the magazine has been accepted into Magazines Canada<\/a>, a national trade association of over 370 Canadian-owned magazines.<\/p>\n

\u201cOver the past two years, we have been slowly building Kolaj Magazine<\/em> into a sustainable, thriving publication,\u201d said publisher Ric Kasini Kadour. \u201cKolaj\u2019s acceptance as a member of Magazines Canada is an acknowledgement of how we are maturing as a magazine. This next step is an important one.\u201d<\/p>\n

Partnering with Magazines Canada will help Kolaj Magazine<\/em> will grow its readership.<\/p>\n

Magazine Canada\u2019s distribution service will allow Kolaj to to double its circulation and triple the number of retailers stocking the magazine. Membership in the association also gives the magazine a voice in Canada\u2019s magazine publishing industry and expertise that will support Kolaj<\/em>\u2019s continued growth.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe started Kolaj Magazine<\/em> because we love collage and believe collage artists are saying something important about contemporary life,\u201d said Kadour. \u201cWe are excited to shine a light on this medium with a larger audience.\u201d<\/p>\n
