Courtesy of the artist.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>FROM KOLAJ 29<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Report from Warsaw<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>For <em>Kolaj<\/em> #29, Polish collage artist Marta Janik sent us a report about the \u201cCollage Language\u201d project taking place in Warsaw.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Collage Language project held several events between September and December 2019 with the goal &#8220;to discover the universal connections that collage can create, bring people together, and ask the question, What would happen if we used collage to create a story about our part of the world?\u201d The culmination of the project was a large exhibition in December 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Collage Language is only just beginning,&#8221; reports Janik. \u201cCollage Caf\u00e9 is a series of monthly collage workshops, each one led by a different artist. During COVID-19, each Collage Caf\u00e9 is a 10-minute video of an artist explaining their collage process and giving viewers a task.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Janik&#8217;s full report appears in <em>Kolaj<\/em> #29.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>&#8220;Collage Language&#8221; appeared in <\/em>Kolaj<em> #29.
