STATEMENT
I am the founder of Conscious Creations Art Studio. I possess a wide variety of interests in mixed media arts, collage being a favorite. I tend to lean toward incorporating found objects and images into my collages. I am continually fascinated by color and how colors play well together, and don’t. I believe the process of making collage is the highest form of self-expression and enjoy leading a monthly collage group because it engages all ages and kinds of people. Ripping, tearing, and putting the focus on papers is a healing process. Collage is my spiritual practice.
