at Kiosken/Isotop in Bergen, Norway

In honour of World Collage Day 2019, Kiosken/Isotop presents “Upheaval”, curated by Pål Misje. “Upheaval” is understood as profound change or subversion.
On Friday, 10 May, 7-11PM, fifteen of Bergen’s leading contemporary artists will exhibit collage with the theme “upheaval”. The placement of the artists’s works are arranged so that different techniques and traditions within contemporary art are represented. The exhibition is a manifestation of the diversity and breadth of the contemporary art scene in Bergen.
Risoprints of the submitted works and the original works themselves will be available for sale. A DJ will spin state-of-the-art techno.
During World Collage Day 2019, itself, Saturday, 11 May, from 1-6PM, the work will be on view during a World Collage Day Workshop.
