“Two”: minimal assemblages by Ole Peterson and Liz Cohn
The concept behind “Two” was the pairing of two found objects to form one new sculptural assemblage with a minimum of elements. The individual objects are as the artists originally found them, there are no additions or alterations to objects other than the glue or screws permitted for attachment.
Portland musician Ole Peterson and Portland artist Liz Cohn have been inspiring one another for 28 years. They have been waiting all this time for the right “treasure hunt”-style project to tackle together.
