With a hundred airy pages of instructions and delightful, thoughtful illustrations, If You Can Cut, You Can Collage by Hollie Chastain is an efficient and economical course in the basics of collage. The main thrust of the book is three sections–materials, techniques, and composition–followed by a collection of exercises and twelve sheets of pretty paper that can be easily torn from the book and used.
